Terms of Service & Cancellation Policy


At SwiftLift Junk Removal, we are committed to providing reliable service and maintaining a fair schedule for all customers and staff.


Non-Refundable Deposit


A 10% deposit is required to secure your appointment.

This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Cancellations Within 48 Hours


Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of the scheduled service will result in a 50% cancellation fee.


Rescheduled Appointments


If an appointment is rescheduled one or more times and later cancelled, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.


No-Show Policy

Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without notice will result in a charge of 100% of the service fee.

We understand emergencies happen and encourage customers to contact us as early as possible for adjustments.


By booking with SwiftLift Junk Removal, you agree to these terms.


SMS Messaging Terms

SwiftLift Junk Removal is a service-based junk removal company providing on-site services to residential and commercial customers.


You may cancel SMS communications at any time by texting STOP. After sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages.

To rejoin, simply sign up again through our normal booking process.
